A working prototype · humans & agents share one calendar truth
The booking page
both of you will like.
Invitee-first. Multi-calendar. Agent-native. Watch an AI assistant and a human book against the same live availability — with slot holds arbitrating in real time.
A conversation, not a kiosk
Overlay your own calendar on the host's page. Preferred times read as suggestions. Timezones are confirmed for both people, unmissably.
Every calendar you are
Google, Microsoft, iCloud, CalDAV, ICS — read busy from all of them, write to the one you choose, mirror privacy-masked holds between them.
Agents are first-class
The same URL serves humans HTML and agents JSON. Two-phase holds make agent booking race-free. Provenance — “held by Claude · confirmed by jane@acme.com” — is visible to the host.

It’s done.
A confirmation email would arrive from shaw@shawcole.com — your domain, not ours.
Agent console
A real agent session against the same availability engine the human page uses. Open the booking page in a second window and watch the hold appear.

Copy availability
Plain text for email or DM — with a live booking link as a fallback.
CopiedMutual mode
Shaw proposed three times.
First confirm wins.
No “get in line at my kiosk.” Either side proposes; the other taps once. The moment one time is confirmed, the other holds auto-retract.
